How it works
Three steps and the ticket is yours
DICE tickets live inside the DICE app and can be transferred person to person. That is the only way this works, and it's the way the platform intended.
You send your DICE details
Right after payment we ask for the email or phone number attached to your DICE account. That's what the transfer is sent to, and we fire it off the same day.
The ticket unlocks 48h before
You accept the transfer and the ticket sits in your account. DICE only reveals the QR code 48 hours before the event, that's how the app works for every ticket holder. On the night you just open the app and scan.

The questions everyone asks
Are these real tickets?
Yes. They were bought on DICE for this exact event and they sit in a DICE account right now. We move them to your account through the app's built-in transfer feature, so what you end up holding is an official ticket issued by DICE. Nothing is printed, screenshotted or forwarded by email.
When exactly do I get the ticket?
Two different moments, don't mix them up. The transfer goes out the same day you pay, usually within a couple of hours, and once you accept it the ticket belongs to your account. The QR code itself only appears 48 hours before the event, because that's how DICE releases every ticket on the platform. Nothing is missing in the meantime, it's just locked like everyone else's.
Why sell at face value instead of making money?
Because flipping tickets above face value is the kind of thing that ruins gigs for everyone, and in a lot of places it's flat out illegal. We had spare tickets, we'd rather someone dances with them than let them rot. The price you see is the price we paid.
What do you need from me?
The email address or phone number linked to your DICE account, and a name. That's the whole thing. DICE sends the transfer to that contact and you accept it in the app.
I don't have the DICE app. Now what?
Download it free on iOS or Android, sign up with the email or number you gave us, and the pending transfer will be waiting for you. It takes about two minutes.
Can I buy for a group?
Up to the quantity shown in the buy box, yes. All the tickets go to one DICE account and you can then pass them on to your friends inside the app, same as any other DICE ticket.
What if the transfer never arrives?
Then you get every dollar back, on the card you paid with, the same day. The transfer either completes in your DICE app or it doesn't, there's nothing to argue about.
What if I can't make it anymore?
Once the transfer is in your account the ticket is yours and DICE's terms take over. You can put it back on their waiting list through the app, which is how DICE handles resale. We can't take it back after the transfer has completed.
